The ‘BRC Global Standard – Food’ tends to be regarded as the target to aim at but for many smaller food businesses, other less demanding standards may be more appropriate and equally acceptable to their customers. We can give personal guidance on this at a first meeting.
Nick is a BRC-qualified auditor. He advises clients on the most appropriate way for each business to interpret the chosen accreditation standard. He provides formats for procedures and record forms which are then tailored to suit the individual company.
