Flow diagrams, hazard analysis charts and help to identify Critical Control Points (CCPs) along with suitable procedures and monitoring systems can be provided to support the findings of the study. Nick holds a formal HACCP qualification and has taught HACCP at MSc level. |

For the smaller producer, where the BRC standard may be inappropriate, we can help them achieve accreditation to one of several other recognised standards or simply ensure they have ‘Due Diligence’ systems in place to produce safe and legal food.
